We have our qualified, trained and experienced technician at the store (workshop), which will be looking at the immediate needs of our clients. We are willing to take our technicians to any kind of training you may like them to go through, so that they can be up to date with what is new and happening in the field of IT.
We have qualified and experienced sales agents selling laptops designed for teachers. The laptops are installed with the software’s that help the teacher to enhance their teaching skills. The programs included in the laptops are strictly for class room purposes. These laptops are distributed with the data bundles packages that also help them to access the internet as part of improving their teaching.
The purpose of the qualification is to build the knowledge and skills required by learners in End User Computing. It is intended to empower learners to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently in the End User environment in the South African community and to respond to the challenges of the economic environment. The National Certificate in IT: End User Computing at NQF Level 3, is intended for learners already employed or new learners entering the workplace, requiring End User Computing Skills. The unit standards of this qualification to provide an End User Computing focus with comparison, choice and interpretation.

| Assessment Of Programme | : Assessment is conducted from both Formative Assessment & Summative Assessment. The Formative Assessment is covered as Continuous Assessment Tests and a compilation of a Portfolio of Evidence by the learner. The Summative Assessmment takes place as a National Summative exam for 1st & 2nd Semester. It is compulsary for all learners to complete WIL for completion of the programme |
